Drink water immediately after waking up every morning.

“Water is the essence of life .”
Everyone knows the importance of water in our eco system.

Over half of our body is made up of water.All our biological processes like circulation, digestion, absorption and excretion depend on water.

We may go without food for two weeks but if we do not consume any water , we may die in three days.

Many people are stressed and unwell because they do not drink enough water or do not know when to drink water that can have the most beneficial effects on the body.

Water is like a miracle cure for the body ,for it flushes out those toxins and heals the body . Furthermore, it does not cause a bomb to drink plain water.

If you drink the right amount of water and hydrate your body well, you will spare yourselves from all those chronic diseases.

After you wake up, drink 4 or 5 glasses of water or 1.5 litres if you can before you brush your teeth or wash your face.

It maybe impossible to drink that large amount of water at once and you will need to slowly train yourself for that feat.

You cannot drink too much at once or you would feel like throwing up. Drink till you feel you cannot take it anymore . You need to prepare your body slowly to accept the increased water intake.

This water therapy has many benefits and those who have done it , felt much better and have a zest for life because they are healthier and able to enjoy life.

Try it and you will save a big bundle from those medical cost when you are afflicted with those chronic pains or sickness.

Many of our physical ailments are simply a result of dehydration.
